JOHN CHIEN LEE
BackgroundChef John Chien Lee has over 20 years of culinary experience. Chef John has worked his way up from the bottom to the tops of some of the biggest restaurants in the world. Chef John started his culinary journey at the age of sixteen working every position in the restaurant from dish washer to cook.
Las VegasAfter years of hard work and lessons learned, he decided to venture to Las Vegas. Chef John worked very hard learning from some of the best chefs in the world on the Las Vegas Strip, and eventually became the executive chef of Social House at City Center in Las Vegas.
Soho Japanese RestaurantAfter working a couple years at Social House, Chef John decided to go out on his own and create his own restaurant. Chef John’s next concept was Soho Japanese Restaurant. Soho has won multiple awards, and accolades such as best new sushi spot 2014 in the Las Vegas Weekly, and #3 on Yelp’s Top 100 restaurants in the United States 2015.
Soho Sushi BurritoOn the success of Chef John Lee‘s restaurant Soho, Chef John decided to create a fun new concept out of his two favorite cuisines, Japanese and Mexican, which he named SOHO Sushi Burrito. A Sushi Burrito restaurant specializing in Fresh Fish raw or cooked, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp Tempura, Soft Shell Crab, 15 to 20 Fresh Vegetables, and more than 10 Japanese Mexican infused sauces. SOHO Sushi Burrito also offers Fresh Salads, Rice bowls and Nachos.
